Perhaps while we're waiting, we'll share a song my daughter recorded for us the day my father passed away, January 31, 2013. She put it on facebook so we could share it with my mom. Sam (my daughter) is currently serving a mission for our church, and so is only an honorary member of our band at this point.
I must note that she did not record this with the intention of sharing widely--it was really just for the family. But it means a lot to me. Hopefully she won't mind.
Softly and Tenderly
You may need to be logged in to facebook to listen. I don't know if we need to be friends on facebook or not.
(In tune and off key.) O come, let us sing unto the Lord: let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation. Ps 95:1

Intuninophkee
We started our family band, Intuninophkee, in June, 2013. Ironically, the same month our most musically proficient family member left to serve an 18 month mission for our church. We may not always be on key, but we are trying to stay in tune--in tune to the Spirit. If you listen to one of our songs and you wince a little, (sorry) you can be happy to know that at least we are having a ton of fun! The gift of music is not found in perfection, but enjoyment and enthusiasm |
Coming Soon!
We are in the process of recording our first songs. Unfortunately, our drummer injured her wrist. We're giving her a week to recover while we work on song #2. Hopefully, we'll be able to record both songs by the end of the week!
